Schedule your first call with me and we will discuss your obstacles, your success, where you want to be, and how your going to get there.

After the call, you’ll be presented with an ongoing plan, tailored to the specific needs your agency needs to iron out. We will begin to approach each aspect of the business strategically and intentionally, carefully peeling back layers and rebuilding with a clearly defined purpose.  

This program is custom built for you, the Founder/CEO, to help you get the balance and enjoyment you deserve for being the one who said “I’m starting a business” and to answer the question, “What am I supposed to do now?”

This plan begins to dust off and clean up the following core business components of Goals + Vision, Operations, Financials, Products + Services, Human Resources, and Sales + Marketing.

Each month, we will meet and work through the plan. Some months will be lighter than others and some months will be heavier than others. In addition, each monthly meeting, we will focus on your mental health and work through issues you are experiencing personally, as related to the business.

You will be encouraged and guided to stay to course based on the Core Focus and Vision set.
